Court cases

Queries about a particular court case should be made with the court office dealing with that case.

If you have a general query about a court matter and are unsure which office deals with it, you should use the Court office by topic link in the Offices & Maps section to locate the relevant office to contact.

Decisions of the courts cannot be the subject of appeal to, or review by, the Courts Service. They can only be progressed through the courts using the established appeal procedures.

Queries in relation to Supreme Court judgments should be directed to the Supreme Court Office. Email SupremeCourt@Courts.ie.

Queries in relation to High Court judgments should be directed to the Central Office of the High Court. Email HighCourtJudgments@Courts.ie.
