CCA05 - Written submissions on legal issues in sentence appeals

In an appeal or an application for leave to appeal against sentence where it is intended to place reliance on the parity or otherwise of a sentence imposed on a co-accused, the registrar is to be notified within 28 days of the lodgment of the notice of appeal so that all necessary transcripts can be obtained and made available to the court and the parties in advance of the hearing of the appeal or application for leave to appeal as the case may be.
