Small Claims Online
Introduction.
Using the Small Claims Online System you will be able to;
create a small claim application online,
pay the appropriate small claim application fee,
check the status of your online small claim, and,
have your small claim online PIN emailed to you.
Note:
With effect from 11 January 2010, the District Court Small Claims Procedure was extended to cover claims by one business against another by Statutory Instrument No. 519 of 2009. See Order 53A of the District Court Rules .
Manual claim forms may still be submitted to all district court offices throughout the country.

The system is optimised for Internet Explorer 5.5 and above. This system can be viewed using other non-specified browsers, however, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer to make your Small Claims application online.
