Introduction to the Small Claims Online

Using the Small Claims Online System you will be able to;

• create a small claim application online
• pay the appropriate small claim application fee
• check the status of your online small claim, and
• have your small claim online PIN emailed to you.

Note:

With effect from 11 January 2010, the District Court Small Claims Procedure has been amended by Statutory Instrument No. 519 of 2009.  See Order 53A of the District Court Rules.

The Online Small Claims System is not currently available for Business to Business small claims.

Manual claim forms  may still be submitted to all district court offices throughout the country.
