Circuit Court callover

A callover of Cavan civil and family law list will take place at courthouse Cavan on 29th May 2017 at 10.30 a.m.

All family cases with notice of trial served will be listed and the first 50 civil cases.

The court list for the July sittings of Cavan Circuit Court will be determined based on cases called on ready for hearing at the callover.

(July hearing dates - contested civil / assessments. 26th July, family law 27th July and infant rulings 28th July)

Please have details of approximate time to hear case and number of witnesses.
