County Registrar family law motions - change
In addition to the already scheduled dates, the County Registrar will hear family law motions on 17 July and 18 September 2017 - see amended schedule.
Circuit court sittings commencing on 13 June 2017
- Dundalk Circuit Court will not sit on Wednesday 28 June 2017. All matters listed on that date will be put back on the callover list of 2 October 2017. However, if there are assessments on this list that are settled, they may be mentioned on any other date to be ruled (subject to the judge's approval).
- Owing to pressure on lists, all pension rulings will be listed at the next callover on 2 October 2017.
