Circuit Court - Eastern Circuit

I, Raymond Groarke, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act 1947, and by other powers conferred on me, and having consulted the permanent judge of the Eastern Circuit, do hereby order the following:

1. That a special sitting of Trim Circuit Court shall be held on Wednesday 9th August 2017 and shall continue for as long as it takes to deal with business returned for Trim.

2. That a special sitting of Trim Circuit Court shall be held on Monday 11th September 2017 and shall continue for as long as it takes to deal with business returned for Trim.

3. That this order shall be published as soon as possible on www.courts.ie.
